Cancellation Policy

The Parent/Guardian who completes a registration form for their gifted learner with Starlite Enrichment Academy agrees to the following Enrollment Policy and understands that services provided and re-enrollment in an Enrichment Session can be revoked by Starlite Enrichment Academy at any time if a gifted learner has an emotional outburst that is aggressive/violent towards the Enrichment Coach and/or other Gifted Learners. Payment for the entire four week Enrichment Course is due up-front and must be received prior to the Enrichment Course start date. Therefore, Starlite Enrichment Academy will not issue a refund for any missed classes by the gifted learner enrolled in the session. This policy applies to Individual Coaching as well. While Starlite Enrichment Academy realizes that sudden illness, family emergencies, and natural disaster events happen in life, any missed classes during a pre-paid session can be made up during a similar Enrichment Course on a different day within a four week time period. This policy applies to Individual Coaching as well: Any missed one-on-one coaching session can be rescheduled and made up on a different day and time based on the Enrichment Coach’s availability and within a four week time period. Furthermore, both the Enrichment Coach and the Gifted Learner enrolled in a session can cancel attending a pre-booked session at any time.  As mentioned above, no refund will be issued for that missed session, but the Gifted Learner may attend a similar session on a different day to make up the missed session. This applies to the Individual Coaching sessions as well.   When a Parent/Guardian completes the Starlite Enrichment Academy registration form for any Enrichment Session and/or Individual Coaching, the electronic signature on that form serves as a legal binding agreement and the Parent/Guardian understands and agrees to the Enrollment Policy for Starlite Enrichment Academy.
